What it is like to be a Saviourite...

Time is a mystery. It is full of surprises...

Toddler - First Day of School

Magical indeed like a looking glass that yesteryears seem like today. It feels like only yesterday, that I came to school with my teeny-tiny backpack and uniform on. Couldn't blame my parents👪 because they've decided to enroll me at Our Saviour's Foundation Inc. They've decided to choose Saviour's as the foundation for my learning and that's the best decision they've made.

Science.. Math.. English.. Filipino.. Those are just some of the many lessons they teach in my elementary school years. Independence and Resilience were taught to us. Depending on our teachers isn't always the only way for us to learn. Sometimes, learning and discovering on our own greatly benefits us.

Being a junior high school student and a saviourite at the same time makes you really enjoy your high school years. It's the time where we start to grow as an individual🙋. With the help of saviour's, they taught us the fundamentals of being a true saviourite. It requires hard work💪 and discipline but it can also be fun.

↞We, saviorites are trained to be mindful👀 of our time and paraphernalia...↠

Time is gold indeed! The classes begin at 7:30am SHARP and what saviour's mean by sharp is that even though you came inside the school at 7:31, you have no choice but to go back home. Similarly, entering the school without an I.D is prohibited ⛔.

The school is also known for its "english speaking" policy. Students are taught to speak english at all times. Because of this, it benefits us 👍. For it trains us to be fluent in communicating and interacting with other people.

↞We, saviourites are encouraged to be the best that we can be 💯...↠

Saviorites joins variety of competitions from division to regional and to national levels 🏆. Not only competitions that tests our knowledge but also competitions that tests our skills. Competitions like journalism, UP namnama, Debate Cup, MTAP, Science Quiz bees and alot more. Because of this, we give a hundred percent effort if any task is given to us just like our theatrical plays, role plays, speeches and more.

↞We, saviourites are encouraged to establish a good and better relationship with God 🙏...↠

Saviourites attend a weekly chapel service every friday. And weekly, we are taught lessons that serves as food for our soul 💖. We are taught to make our relationship with God better. Not only to build our relationship with God but also with the people we interact with.

From junior high to senior high

We, saviourites are taught to fix each other's crowns 👑...

Being able to achieve our goals 🥇with our co-saviourites gives us a satisfying feeling. Because of this, we are encouraged to help each other through adversities. Problems in the class may not be avoided but having each other's back helps us to get back up on our feet and continue on with our journey.

People say, that it's about the journey not the destination. And yes, that's true. Being able to study here at saviour's and be one of the saviourites is my destination and my journey wouldn't be complete without my teachers and co-saviourites who makes sure that I always will get back up on my feet.

And now, I am here trying my best to be a good saviourite and a good daughter at the same time. I hope someday, I could reach my goals and aspirations in life. And I always will be grateful, for Saviour's have molded me to the person I am today and the person I will be in the future.
